At Gomal University, our Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences is dedicated to excellence in education, research, and the overall well-being of animals. We take great pride in providing a stimulating and comprehensive education to our students, one that equips them with the knowledge and skills they'll need to go on to become competent and compassionate veterinarians.
Our teachers are experts in their fields with much training and experience.
They are dedicated to helping our kids learn and grow as people and to helping them become leaders in the veterinary field. We ensure our students get a world-class education by giving them access to modern facilities, laboratories, and various tools.
Our classes cover a wide range of topics, such as the anatomy and physiology of animals, pathology, pharmacology, surgery, and animal feeding.
Our students develop a deep understanding of animal health and welfare through theoretical knowledge and practical training. They also gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating various animal diseases, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle real-world challenges.
Research
Research is a vital component of our academic programs. Our faculty members actively engage in research projects that address critical issues in animal health and production. By conducting innovative research, we contribute to the advancement of veterinary medicine and significantly contribute to the overall well-being of animals. We encourage our students to actively participate in research activities actively, fostering their scientific inquiry and problem-solving skills.
Cocurricular Activities
Outside of the classroom, we offer our students a variety of extracurricular activities and chances to help them grow personally and professionally. We put on classes, seminars, and conferences and invite well-known experts to share their knowledge and ideas. We also help set up jobs and practical training programs so that our students can learn more about veterinary settings and improve their skills in the real world.
Community service
As part of our commitment to community service, we actively engage with local animal welfare organizations and veterinary clinics. Our students participate in outreach programs, providing free medical care and treatment to needy animals. We believe in promoting the importance of animal welfare and serving as advocates for the voiceless.
